This policy is only for on-line orders, it is not applicable for products bought from our store and Craft shows. No refunds. On a case by case basis, candles are eligible for exchange as long as the candle is not tampered or altered in any way, the wick has not been burned or broken. For such items, you must return your candles within 7 days of purchase or 5 days for seasonally released candles. We must receive your product(s) in new condition, completely unused, and in the original packaging. You cannot return burned candles. Upon inspection of the returned candle Gelmania Candles will contact you.
Customers are responsible, not Gelmania Candles, for all shipping charges incurred. Purchasing shipping insurance does help to ensure we receive your item(s).
